Yes, and the hunting is great. But, only if you are creative with your access in to avoid areas that get pounded.

Hunting can be decent in there.  Be aware that the areas that have had fires in recent years have a lot of road damage from erosion.  Ruts from erosion can be two to three feet deep in the road, and nothing to winch off of if you get stuck.  Some access has also been closed due to road damage, such as the Ginkgo access point.  I've been hunting in there since the mid 1990's, and won't take my truck to my spots anymore due to the road damage.  I now go in on an ATV.

Ginko access is closed now? That sucks! Haven’t used it (clearly) in about 10 years but I remember it shaving off a huge portion of the bumpy ride down to the river
