Bino’s picked! What’s your preferred bino harness?
«

Let’s hear it! Not looking for something crazy bulky. I had a kuiu one and it was to bulky for my liking. I’ve been running the crooked horn setup and like it pretty good. However always like real world feedback on new gear purchases!
Thanks!!!

Mine was probably 5/6 years ago. Maybe the new one are smaller? I guess I should look at them again.

I've had a couple and settled on the Sitka harness 3 years ago. It works best for me because it is more streamlined and fits more like an actual harness high and tight on my chest compared to others that swing around and don't stay in place.

I would also say I feel like the Kuiu pack is less bulky than most. I love my Marsupial, but I’d say it’s maybe “bulkier” than the Kuiu, but I really like it.

I’ve used Outdoor Vision, FHF, AGC, and Marsupial. The OV was just didn’t fit my binos right. Went to the Marsupial Magnetic and haven’t looked back.

If you’re not in a hurry I’d just wait a bit. Exo is supposed to be manufacturing a bino harness this year and if it’s like everything else they make, every detail will be attended to

First bino harness I got was the vortex one didn’t like the webbing they used seemed to slick and would slip. Went with the FHF bino harness it’s a great simple setup that sits a little higher and tighter to my chest had it for 6 years no issues. Haven’t really looked at harness since then might be something better now but would still give FHF a look.

We all run Kuiu in our house and prefer them. The new V3 with the ways to attach other things looks pretty cool to me but I have yet to see one, all of ours are the older versions.

I liked my FHF for comfort and weight but I didn’t like how open my expensive glass was to dust and elements.
I ended up buying Alaska Guide Creations and loved that harness.
I’m eyeballing the Sitka Mountain harness - that thing looks pretty fancy

6/6 guys in my group are wearing Marsupial. I had the original Stone Glacier one and it was okay, but I do prefer the structure of the Marsupial. Much easier one handed operation than a harness with less structure.

I like the StoneGlacier. I have the first gen so I can’t speak to the second gen. Super slim, and seems more water proof than my previous KUIU. Also seems to keep the debris out pretty good too. I know guys prefer fully enclosed packs if you ride dirt bikes or horses in.
