I'm going to say a good chamber sealer. It's impossible to beat the organization and use of every bit of available freezer space for burger/sausages. Plus, it's also unbeatable for fish, game birds, soups. and much more. Bags are damn cheap when purchased in bulk as well. When they thaw on the counter or in the fridge they don't leak like wrapped packages and you can leave them in the fridge thawed for several weeks if need be before use.
