In addition to buying fur, I'm also buying:

Beaver tails
Skulls
castor
Frozen on carcass critters (otters/cats must be sealed)

I don't have any figures on averages, but my impression was fur sold for some of the best prices I have read about recently. I did not have much fur, but I sold 3 otter for a $75 average. One person I talked with had a lot of pretty nice beaver go for a $55 average. Couple of what I would call poor W WA cats went for I think $435. I think someone made a mistake on that one as there is no way those cats were worth that. I think we had a little more fur than two years ago. Last year was fouled up because we had to change venues at the last minute.
Pretty good sale this year to the benefit of the trappers.
