Sounds like Delta reported 2.5% decline in waterfowl hunters from the 23-24 to 24-25 season. That is a huge drop in hunter numbers that I would not even predicted for just one lousy year.

Also the drop in participation could have dropped even more on how the stats might have been gas lighted to included non-residents possibly hunters being counted 2 or more times depending how many states they hunted in. Washington didn’t even make the grade worth mentioning.
