Washington found out they can make double the money with only 1 elk dying than it can selling OTC tags to residents.  More money, less hunters.  Limit the residents so much we grow 4 giant elk, then sell off 300k tags to chase those 4.  Great.....

Anyone know why WY had 3 different auctions for Statewide Gov tags for Elk, deer, or Antelope?
