Birds do not have to have a beard, the regulations say: Male turkeys and turkeys with visible beards only

According to that language both, male birds that lack a beard and hens that have a beard are legal.

I certainly could be wrong but I didn't notice any video showing the dead head was actually taken from where it was found?
