Super nice buck, but also a great longarm job.  Look at the size of the guy's hands relative to his head.  Must have been watching too much Roland Martin.

no doubt a great long arm, but either way a giant.

Wow, this site is beginning to look like that "other one". All we need now is people fighting with each other over nothing.

I was working in lacey, Wa few days ago, and were talking with few crews down there about hunting stories at lunch break, and mike the supervior of RPD company told a guy to come down to show him your cousin got blacktail buck recently rifle season 38" wide up Mt vernon, Wa area.. At first I laugh at him and think NO WAY IN WORLD would be that big  and he walked to his truck and show me his picture of his cousin. First I was thinking no way then start to look at his picture and I start to open my wide eye like NO *censored*! its wayy big for blacktail. I asked him to forward to my cell and it never work. So I have to call mike to beg him to ask his crew to forward this picture to my email and public it. I believe it will be in recordbook with in few months NO WORRY!
NO KIDDING I wish you guys see it.

ANYONE you know any guys work for RPD Red trucks and excavate construction company heard about this story?  short guy that is the guy! I forget his name,  :hello: share with us!!!!

I have a picture of the infamous buck on my phone

We were hunting up in Bonners Ferry last week and my buddy up there got a text message from his buddy who was supposedly with the guy.  Rumor has it that the deer was taken in Bonneville County by a guy from Cour d' Alene (don't know how to spell that danged city)   It is definately a pig and one I have not seen anywhere on the net like most of the big bucks and bulls that are somehow shot in 10 different states.  I am not too high tech and don't know if there is a way to get the pic from my cell phone to a computer.  If anyone knows if that is possible, I can text the pic over and we can all have a looksie!!!

Wrong County in post above
« Reply #24 on: December 02, 2007, 09:57:37 AM »
I believe I had the wrong county.  I think it is Boundary County way up North; not Bonneville which I think is down South.  Nonetheless, it was in the Bonners Ferry Region.  I was told it was 38" wide and the picture confirms it is probably real close to that

I pulled this off Boone and crockett club trophy watch.

Travis Crane, ID 2007 A Real Wallhanger
December 13, 2007
Travis Crane took this huge mule deer in Bear Lake County, Idaho this fall. No word on score yet, but this deer is a real monster, nonetheless.

Here's the link with the pic.
