Storing mouth reeds.
« on: July 08, 2009, 10:36:24 AM »
So I started going through my hunting gear today and I pulled out some mouth reeds that I had stored in little plastic baggies and they all looked pretty nasty. Im wondering what everyone does with there's and if there's a way to keep them from looking that way cause I sure don't want to put those in my mouth again. I'd like to be able to get a little more use out of them. So if you guys have a solution let's hear it..

soak them in some mouthwash a little while to kill germs then put them in a ziplock in the freezer. good as new when they come out and they taste good too.
