number 2 could use another year to get some mass.  Then again so could #1.  If I had to shoot one, it would be droppy..

They're both great, but I prefer #2.

Same answer though I have a special appreciation for droptine bucks and would die to have one on my wall.
Only 2 defining forces sacrificed themselves for you:
The American Soldier and Jesus Christ. One died for your freedom, the other for your soul.

My rock,
He trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle.

#2 has better back forks for sure.  I think if I had enough time to think about it I would go with number 2.  If I only had a few seconds to look before making a shot I would probably shoot #1 just because they are so close in size and the dropper is so $#@ing cool.
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

i was wondering if the dropper would cause a differing opinion. he's a young buck and not that big but he does have the cool corkscrew dropper.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield
