smoked tater salad

well.sounds weird,but I boiled the taters,then quartered them,and put them in the smoker for half hr..cut them up,put onion,dill pickle,roasted bellpepper,bacon,jalapeno and some sweet hot mustard,oh and celery and mayo.......not bad...

This sounds great!  Great with a BBQ in my opinion.

I've never smoked the taters, but I have smoked the hard boiled eggs. Not too bad! Some folks aren't too keen on the grey color of the egg whites.
