The only one I know of is Camo'd Arrow just north of Chewelah.  I've only been in there once so I really don't know how good they are but they are very friendly.  I do know they are a Hoyt dealer.

there's 1 south a little ways right along 395. they have a couple giant arrows stuck in the ground out front. don't know anything about them or even the name but it's there.

Not exactly Colville area, but in Deer Park you have Whitetail Plus.  Alwinearcher works there.  I go there and I'm pretty sure BULLBLASTER goes there as well.  It's an hour drive for me, but well worth it.

Can't remember the name of the place but there is a pretty good sporting goods store in Colville that sells Mathews and ??? Not sure if they know what they are doing or not. Was also a small shop in Kettle that was just starting out a few years ago, not sure if he's still in business or not.

Clark's is a good place, a guy in there named Tim is pretty knowledable about archery and the Camo'd Arrow is real good too. I use both businesses.
