Everyone I heard last year that had that tag filled it! There are usually some bulls wintering on the cle elum ridge, more to the east than anywhere else right above the Teanaway river. If you go up Weihl road and stay left you'll eventually hit a gate that is all U.S. timberlands, you can hunt it but can't drive back in there. Another good spot is up Blue creek access it from Blewett pass, musser and mason creeks as well, all public land with some private scattered in there, i suggest getting a map and looking up those locations i mentioned, wouldn't hurt to ask some farmers around there too.
