Puyallup River Opening?

can anyone tell me when the Puyallup River opens for salmon and Stealhead? I know read the regs....but you guys are usually quicker, lol

ALL SPECIES - Aug. 1-Nov. 30: night closure, anti-snagging rule, and barbless hooks required.
TROUT July 1-Aug. 22 Min. size 14". Daily limit 2.
Other Game Fish July 1-Aug. 22 Statewide min. size/daily limit.
TROUT Aug. 24-Feb. 28 Min. size 14". Daily limit 2.
Other Game Fish Aug. 24-Feb. 28 Statewide min. size/daily limit.
SALMON Aug. 16-Aug. 22 Min. size 12". Daily limit 6. Up to 4 adults may be retained, of which only 2
may be any combination of CHINOOK, COHO, and CHUM. Release wild
adult CHINOOK.

I drive by it every morning and every evening.  I have not seen anyone fishing it.  Seams muddy.

There were a couple people fishing west of the 512 overpass yesterday on my way home from work. Still has allot of runoff color though.
