Archery deer hunting on Kitsap Penisula
« on: August 04, 2009, 12:03:33 PM »
Just moved to the Penisula and I'm looking for some hunting ground for archery season.  Any information would be much appreciated.

Sorry My Bad,

I'm also new to the site and don't know how things work.  I have been modern hunting for several years in the White River area with little success.  More orange vests than deer seen last few years.  My son wanted to start archery and have been getting dialed in for past year.  Not looking for any secret spots,  just general areas to start.  Didn't mean to ruffle any feathers.

Most the drainages in the National Forest have good numbers of deer. Try the timber company lands and hunt the snow line or a few hundred yards above snow line during the late hunt. Nov/Dec
