Looks like a horse and a cow to me.   Maybe instead of throwing stones, we should ask the guy what the bags were.

Not throwing stones unless he is guilty of something bad.   I can't see any pics so couldn't tell you.  I can tell you that it doesn't matter if it is a Cow or a Horse.  Thats a number one feed for bear.  It could be two bags of dogfood.

Actually, feeding horses cattle feed can poisin your horse. If it is hoese and cow on the bag it is a special blend.

Not necessarily salt, but for sure a mineral nutrient or supplement of some kind. We all know that animals and game animals love salt. It is still unknown why it is there and why they took a picture of it.

From the 2 animals on the bag and that website's product page it appears to be one of the bags of salt.  I guess I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and say it might be for salting the hide.  They do appear unopened.
