Perjury and "musket control"

I thought this was worth posting.

ATF, Bloomberg fall all over themselves in gun hatred
The BATFE hates gun owners so much that they're willing to lie -- i.e. commit perjury.

Or at least that's what one BATFE agent, 50-year-old Vince Cefalu, is saying about a case he worked on.

As you can imagine, federal prosecutors are trying to discredit this man as a "disgruntled employee," but it remains to be seen what part his testimony will play in this case.

To read more about this case, visit Luke's blog here.  As always, feel free to join the conversation by leaving comment.

But then there's New York City, Mayor Bloomberg's Gun Control Capitol of the United States.

That's right.  Move aside, Chicago:  There's a new tyrant in town.

Mayor Bloomberg hates gun owners so much that he'll even crack down on those of us with muskets.

Mr. Littlejohn, the gun owner in question here, doesn't even own any powder or bullets.  He only owns the musket -- a spitting image of those used at the battle of Brooklyn Heights, fought just down the road, to defend us from the English.

This hand-crafted historical replica:
Takes a few minutes to load,

Requires you to load your bullets and powder separately,

Lacks both bullets and powder, and

Meets the requirements of New York's "antique firearms" exemption.
Ah, well.  Let's not bother Mr. Michael "Sue the Gun Dealers" Bloomberg with things like the law or appreciation for history or love for our country.

You see, he doesn't need any of those things.  He's got gun control.

What scum.
