There's a rumor going around that bowtec is having problems with thier cams folding. And that their company is going through some changes. But who knows. I shot in Redding at the nationals with the BowTec team and one of the girls on the team dry fired hers and nothing happened to the bow. Thier a good bow but I would see if the rumors going around are true before a purchase.

The "folding cam" issue is only on the 82nd Airborn.  The Admiral is a great bow with no problems that I am aware of.

The Admiral is one sweet bow.  I shot it when I was looking for a new bow.  I ended up with a Hoyt Alphamax 32 but the Admiral was right up there with my favorites along with the Elite Z28.

Unfortinately not All were from the factory. Two from sales two from research and development and two from the factory line.  They were really cool and a blast to shoot with. :). I thought I would put a little color in thier team. My Hoyt Staff Shooting shirt brightened up thier black and white ones.  :brew:

So you got to shoot with Fred and Darren.  Good guys.  But with that red shirt you get lost in the sea of red. :P

No problems with the Admiral.  Great shooting little bow.

FTI I was just at the ex-sportsmans  warehouse in the Spokane valley.  They have Bowtechs that have the old Sportsman's logo on them on super close out.

The Admiral is an awsome shooting bow.  I loved it.  Took forever to decide between the Admiral and the Hoyt AM32.  For me the AM32 was a better bow.  But that's me.  If you choose the Admiral you will not be making a bad decision.  It's an excellant bow for sure.
