If you like deer meat or elk meat I have some highly successful meat hunts. We have some very affordable options for these hunts and I will give H-W members a discount from listed prices. I am headed out antelope hunting for a few days but will be back next week.
Website:
http://bearpawoutfitters.com/
Utah - Cow Elk
3 Day Hunt - Take 1 or 2 cows
Montana - Doe Antelope / Doe Deer
1 or 2 Day Hunt
Can take up to 2 doe antelope
Can take up to 7 doe deer
Washington Bow or Muzz Either-Sex Deer
Rifle Management Size Whitetail Buck
1 or 2 Day Hunt on Private Land or Public
We provide accomodations and hunting directions, hunt on your own, or guided.
Montana Prairie Dogs
I would not recommend eating them.
My last group of three hunters this summer shot almost 3500 rounds in two days. Excellent shooting practice at all ranges for gun, pistol, and bow.

Bear, we need to talk about your priarie dog hunts. I've done it once in Mt before and had an absolute blast. I'd like to put something together for next june, maybe a little hunt-wa tournament?
I'd be willing to donate something for a prize, maybe help organize it and put it on with ya? If nothing else, I'm in for coming over and doin some dog smokin.

I'm over here antelope hunting now, hope to shoot a few dogs before we leave. That would be a lot of fun to have a shooting tournament, I wonder what some of the other guys think about that idea.

What part of Montana are your Buffalo hunts. How much for a "meat hunt"?

Central Montana, $950 to $1250 depending on type of animal you want.

Affordable, high success, not too difficult....
