FOR THE LABOR DAY WEEKEND...

AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL BECOME POSITIONED OVER THE PACIFIC
NORTHWEST DURING THE UPCOMING LABOR DAY HOLIDAY WEEKEND. AREAS
NEAR THE CASCADE CREST WILL SEE THE BRUNT OF RAIN DURING THE
WEEKEND. THERE IS A FAIR AMOUNT OF UNCERTAINTY FOR MOST AREAS EAST
OF THE CASCADES. CURRENT WEATHER MODELS INDICATE SOME PERIODS OF
RAIN ARE POSSIBLE EAST OF THE CASCADES BUT SPECIFIC TIMINGS
AMOUNTS AND LOCATIONS HAVE BEEN FAIRLY VARIABLE. DAYTIME
TEMPERATURES WILL BE 10 TO 15 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL WITH NIGHTTIME
TEMPERATURES GENERALLY REMAINING NEAR OR SLIGHTLY BELOW SEASONAL
NORMALS UNTIL SUNDAY. SUNDAY NIGHT TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE REGION
MAY BE COLDER AFTER A POSSIBLE COLD FRONT CROSSES THE
REGION. HIGHER MOUNTAIN LOCATIONS COULD START OUT MONDAY MORNING
BELOW FREEZING WITH SNOW LEVELS DROPPING TO BETWEEN 7000 AND 8000
FEET ABOVE MEAN SEA LEVEL. ONLY LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WOULD
OCCUR BASED ON CURRENT EXPECTATIONS.

PERSONS PLANNING ON CAMPING IN THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF NORTHEAST
OREGON AND SOUTHEAST WASHINGTON SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR CHANGING
WEATHER CONDITIONS AND THE POTENTIAL FOR FREEZING TEMPERATURES.

OMG that is the best news I've  heard all month.  The keeping the hippies out of the mountains for labor day is the best part.  Awsome.  249 Alpine here I come. :)

Wish i was getting out in the mountains..

Gonna hit the Eburg Rodeo up......now only if i could get the GF and her friends to camp in the mountains and drive down everyday :chuckle:

The bulls are already fired up.  I was in 356 last Saturday night and they bugled from 9pm until midnight.  It made for a great time around the campfire.

*censored*!  One of my few weekends off in Sept and I'm going to the Eburg rodeo when I could be up messin with the bulls in ID unit 11!!!  Crap!!!!!!! :bash:

Its okay I got some real pretty eye candy going with me....   :drool:
