opening day high hunt
«
on:
September 20, 2009, 03:57:44 PM »
Well about 1 hour in to hunting I spotted this deer with his head down feeding about 300+yards. I got my shooting stick out and took my pack off. The 1st shot hit that buck and he did the big kick out with his back legs and went 20 feet or so. Season over^^

I like the grey forhead on that deer. Nice job. The family always like a quick hunt.

So, not looking for your honeyhole, but do you have some pointers about where I might start out?
Heh, just kidding. I thought I'd turn the tables on the first post guys that are looking for a new place to hunt since you actually posted when you've had success.
Again, nice job!
