Salmon roe caviar

Ilve been asked for a formula or such for roe. I initially thought my way was just a temporary  way to prepare the eggs for eating but after reading the different methods my way is not much different. Here are the links so you can prepare them yourself. Salmon on the proper cracker is GREAT!!!

Reds and Silvers are the best, dogs and Kings second...pinks??? Huh, never really thought about pinks as I will cook them for the dogs.

Place skeins on wax paper, sprinkle with double glo pro-cure and let dry a few hours, flip over and repeat process...gently freeze, and use for bait to catch more fish... :chuckle:

I tried the eggs once at a sushi restaurant, and I wont ever eat bait again... :bdid:
