My advice is to spend a bit of time looking into the WDFW website and HuntWashingtonState.com. There are a ton of places to hunt within 1.5 hours of you. I'd also highly recommend spending a day or two just scouting out the locations before you hunt.

I'd stay away from any of the sites that are listed as Pheasant Release sites until after 11/30. Just too many people and lots of potential conflict for duck hunting. You can find the list of release sites here.

Cheers!

There are no duck hunting spots in King County. These are not the ducks you are looking for.

Cherry Valley and Stillwater units of the Snoqualmie Wildlife Area would be the closest opportunities for you.  Both are pheasant release sites so you might want to wait until pheasant season is over.

They're both not great spots but I've always gotten a duck or two hunting out there.  That was over 10yrs ago so I'm not sure how it is now.  Most of the dairies in the valley have packed up and been replaced by poplars and wineries and development which took a lot of duck attracting fields away from the area.
