Monstor Wolf
« on: October 04, 2009, 04:55:20 PM »
Wanted to share this with everyone.  John

This Wolf was shot recently in Drayton Valley, Alberta. which is near Edmonton about 3 hours North of Calgary.  The wolf weighs over 230lbs smashing the previous record of 175lbs.  Wouldn't want to run into this puppy in the woods.

Apparently a bear hunter witnessed this wolf chase off a big black bear at his baiting station.

Unbelievable. I have a 150 lb Malamute and he'd be dwarfed compared to him

Does anybody have the real story? There is someone I'd like to burn with it.

In this country we have no place for hyphenated Americans.

The picture is being used as an advertisement here;  http://www.grimsmonstermix.com/old/wolfPhoto.htm with a caption: "Jeff Grimolfson was lucky enough to capture this world class wolf on film.

Another example of how excellent Monster Mix works."

There is another pretty good sized one beneath the picture on the website link.
