Here's my recipe for fried raccoon, GUT,Skin. wash it up, Cut it up like a chicken or rabbit. Boil it for 1 hour with onions and salt and pepper cool it down so you can handle it. roll it in flour, salt pepper, sage Fry it up like you would a rabbitServe with patato salid, and beer!
