I've seen that pic posted around the internet as being in Bozeman, Helena, Boise and Missoula.

im gonna go ahead and say not boise if it was there would have to be snow on the ground and lots of it, our elk tend to stay out in the steep nasty stuff

I would say no to those being from Sequim. Would have to be the Bell Hill area if it was, and the terrain and houses don't look right. Just a semi-educated guess, though.
