I shot a little buck last night
« on: October 31, 2009, 09:33:11 AM »
Ive been holding off trying not to shoot a little buck all season hoping that i would eventually find a big boy, well i never did and yesterday evening as i was hiking back to my car right before dark i found a little 2 point that was a little to close(3/4 mi) to the car to pass up, i made about a 300 yard shot on him and put him down, only got one pic as it was gettin close to dark and i had work to do, not the biggest buck but he fills the freezer, ill also add a coupla pics lookin off the backside of the mountain i shot him on

well its a ways from you outside minidoka, some good mulies bobs and dogs.split butte and big southern also in the area, you can lose yourself out there..if ya look on a map you might find it.between arco, minidoka and the little wood river..bear trap is a hole in the ground they say goes to the canyon from there.I went in a ways to many snakes ..
