Hunting hours on E. WA pheasant release sites

I have never hunted any of the E. WA pheasant release sites, but my dad and I were thinking of hitting one tomorrow on a trip to the eastside. I was just wondering if the eastside release sites have the same hours of operations as the westside 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

No, the E. Wa Pheasant Release Sites are per the Offical Hunting Hours printed on p.51 of the Wa State Migratory Waterfowl & Upland Seasons 2009 Pamphlet.

Your W. WA Pheasant Release Sites are the only mention for pheasants at the bottom of that page.
