Good yote story
« on: October 10, 2009, 05:14:48 PM »
I saw Sayleans video of the yote he called from the truck and it inspired me. Today I was down in the wheat country getting some permission sewn up and me and a buddy saw a coyote out in a stubble field watching us. I pulled over and startied calling. That S.O.B. came to the truck!!. I was in shock, I never thought they'd actually do that but it makes sense since the pups are so damn stupid. Anyways that thing came to about 150 or so and I tried to take a pic but it was too bright to see the screen on the camera so I missed the pic. In about three months that coyote {if it survives) will go the opposite way if a truck even begins to slow down. Anyways just thought that was a good one to share with you coyote fanatics.

Tried it on another dog later but he went the other way.  :chuckle:  :chuckle:

Glad to see I inspire. I swear that one I called in would have ate out of my hand if I played my cards right.

Well you sure did. I've tried it a couple of times and it never did work but always later in the season. I figured what the heck this time knowing how stupid those 1st year pups can be. I really couldn't believe it. A video camera would have been great!!
