His piss poor attempt at deception has me stymied.  I'm with you bearpaw if he was a young snapper or spike buck trying to be part of the herd, but stealing, telling a lie, and then another lie in his deception with multiple usernames trying to play us even more...doesn't measure up much for a man.  Seems more like a weasel or a thieving coon than a spike buck.   Mulehunter is amazingly calm over it all.  Next thing he'll do is take a picture of some of Bucklucky's taxidermy work and pass it off as his own.  Kinda reminds me of the guy that buys antlers off ebay and then passes them off as his own, or plants sheds and claims he found them. LOL

Please tell me that didn't happen on this site. If it did how did I miss that one?

Bone, I think mulehunters attitude speaks volumes about him. He is obviously a very understanding person to not completely fly off the handle.

I am still amazed someone would post the photo claiming it's theirs and I'm also amazed at the shed incident you mentioned.

308Shooter needs to learn how to stand on his own two feet and he needs to learn respect amoung a host of other values that he obviously does not have.

This type of mentality plagues our society in many ways, no easy answer as how to best handle the situation. The guy obviously wants to be a hunter and he wants to be sucessful, so by just banning him, it may cause his personal problems to worsen. On the other hand it's not the responsibility of the forum to be social workers. Like I said, I'm glad it's not my decision about what to do. May the force be with you... :chuckle:

Not sure what to suggest to you, maybe someone else has a good idea.

Maybe give him the opportunity to apologize. If he does it keep him, if not, ban him. Since it's a kid I'd say give him a chance. Not up to me but thats what I'd do.

I did some checking and the magazine guy I mentioned earlier is legitimate. Hopefully, he gets an objective story in NW Sportsman Magazine regarding the wolf situation in Washington.

Gutpile, that is sort of what I was thinking too, maybe mulehunter should offer his thoughts...

308Shooter if you come back and read this thread I hope you realize that there are a lot of good guys on here who are willing to help a person out.  :twocents:

I hope you understand that you do not need to impress any of us, you will impress us more by asking questions to help your learning process and by conducting yourself in a respectful way. An apology to mulehunter would probably go a long way toward gaining some of the respect back that you have lost. I hope this advice helps.  :twocents:

Thank you for your apology Brett123 and sorry you got caught up in all this with your Ip address.  I'm glad to know where you fit in with all this.  Welcome to the site.  There are a lot of kind generous folks on here and more hunting knowledge than probably just about anywhere and you are welcome to it.  Hopefully 308 will come clean so he can have a fresh start.

I will forgive him for what he did to me.

Tell him that I am fine and not MAD at all. Just dont do that to ANYONE. Well Its just IMMATURE of him but Try to Change himself and show people his new good side of view and prove people you are going do good at hunting life.

He Just need MORE patients and watch and learn how we successed hunting and He gotta spend MORE time in Wood will do better experience!

Like I said a little earlier, everything that the people of Washington who are opposing the wolves has to be up front and honest, to the point where what we are saying is unquestionable truth.
That's really great advice, Wolfbait!! (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)
