Knight Bighorn Bolt Trouble
« on: November 28, 2009, 03:46:35 PM »
Hey guy yesterday I started having trouble with with my Knight Bighorn bolt yesterday. The bolt will not stay locked back when the thumb safety is in the fire position. I tired removing the bolt and replacing it and that didn't do anything. Maybe I need to complete break the gun down and put it back together.

Anyone had this problem before or anyone know the fix?

It happened to me one time.I had to take the trigger assembly apart clean it, and then put back together.Wasn't all that hard to do just be careful to remember which parts go where.Good luck!
It's better to have a gun and not need it than to need one and not have it.                                                                             Local 66 sheetmetal workers

Okay so tonight I took the BigHorn and did a real good clean job on it and put it back together and same thing was happening. Broke it down once again and took a close look at the trigger assembly. I found that the trigger pull was way to short, so I lengthen it and good to to go.
