t-giving weekend hunts in moses lake
« on: November 30, 2009, 11:10:30 AM »
well, Hunted in moses this last weekend after 2 days of hunting in oregon and let me tell ya, the fog we had was a pain in the a$$. didnt see to many birds and didnt hear much shooting. we managed to scrape off a couple birds but not what i was expecting for this time of the year. hopefully things will start to freeze up here soon and we will start to see more birds.

The fog should have made things better at my spot on Saturday, but the sheet ice and tons of boat traffic had things off kilter.  It has been an off year for me so far, and things are really hit and miss for finding birds.  They are spread out all over, one day can be good and the next day is just scratching out a few.

How did you do in Oregon Spur??

Hey Spur, just wondering if you were thinking about putting on the forum hunt like you did last year?

Alright well I'd definately be in for it. I could also help with whatever you need to set it up. I just dont have full-body decoys.
