Missing elk hunter

Just curious but I did a quick look through the quagmire that we call "hunting regs" and I don't see any elk seasons open in the Manashtash area... ? GMU 340 Perhaps he harvested in an area that is open and I missed it...

That's great news!! We can sure appreciate a happy ending these day! That should be blasted on the news to. I am so sad to hear of all the awful stories this AM...SO SAD:(

But, his news is happy and that is the best news in weeks:)

Ok, reported missing Monday? Found gutting an animal Wednesday? I'm bettin that there was a miscommunication or that the Elk kill was for survival. I'm hoping that he was hunting in an open area and that he wasn't lost at all.
