Hunt4.  I hadn't seen that picture yet.  The one I saw on the B & C website looked a little different but was poached in Minnasota also. The one in your picture  does appear to be the same buck???

  Sure is the same buck (Buck in first photo and rack that the Game Warden is holding).  I knew it was too good to be true..LOL.

The buck in both of those pictures looks exactly the same except for the color. HHHMMMM!

Seen that buck on another site... pretty sure its from the midwest and not WA...  What a TROPHY buck regardless of where it was taken!

Deer cape looks like a minnesota/sask buck too.   Probably shot it out of someones yard or some stores parking lot.
