Not much of a yote fan on the wetside side but the rain seems to hamper the bobs,And while calling in the rain I have yet to produce..so I dont waste my gas or time.

i have called very few in bad weather they tend to lay low. but best right before a storm hits like with all animals they are up and on the move looking for some chow.

Mist or light rain doesn't seem to bother them but I haven't hunted them in the heavy stuff.  Had one jump up on a log and sit down right next to me in a light rain near McCleary.

After the first shot the rest are just noise.

Heavy rain slows 'em down unless they're hungry. Try forested land. You're Oly are... try the Winston unit by Mossyrock. Good luck.

My bobcat and my coyote were both called in while pouring down rain.   :dunno:  I go out every weekend I can rain or not.  Cant get them from the house.

One thing you have to remember hunting the "Wet Side" as much as it rains over there, if all the predators waited for the perfect day to go hunting for food they would all be dead in a month.....So yeah they do have to get out even in the rain to feed or else......... :)
Hope this helps....
Chris
