Trumpeter Swan Photos
«
on:
January 06, 2010, 11:11:18 PM »
I just Had to go out and tryout my new Canon 400 mm. L series telephoto lens today where it was such a beautiful day.
I found some trumpeter swans that were in range of the long lens, so I grabbed a few photos before they decided to get out of range.
Here is a few of the photos I have edited.
(the flying ones will be posted later)
and I call this one: "Sniff, sniff, my armpits smell bad!"
All the photos were hand held. (I forgot to take my Tripod along with me, it was such a spur of the moment thing.)

Nice photos, Dick. I sometimes see those when I go to B'ham in the winter..always in a hurry to get there or back.
