 I know what I think. Curious of other's opinion on the shot here. This video was free-floating YouTube, so apparently the owner is really pleased with the shot, especially from the comments .

He could have shot that deer several times with the hill as a backstop.  Shooting at a skylined animal like that is plain not safe!

 That was my thought, what in the hell was he waiting for?? The deer gave him more shot ops. than I can count before being skylined.
