Deer Harvested in Velvet

Show some pictures of deer taken in Velvet.  I arrowed this one my first archery season, second day.  He was a 28", 3X3.

Nice deer.  The only velvet buck I have shot was a 1X2.  Take a look at this monster...approx 6-7 inch spread. :chuckle:

My first archery deer looked exactly like jrebels.  Killed a 3x3 mule deer in velvet October rifle season in 1995, no pic.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.
