heard the news today,he passed late nov..The best of the cage trappers forsure..Would love to hang with the guys like him,and hope some of the knowledge they know would rub off on ya..we have some of them guys in this state...George Sovie is one of them,,Hope God blesses his family

Heard the news over on Tman.  Luckily he was very open with sharing his knowledge.  Read many of his posts that are in the archives.  He took what was given to him and made the most of it.  Hope he had a good life.

Wow, he gave me a lot of cage trapping info, both by email and over the phone.  (I still can't seem to make it work, but that's all me). He was the only guy I've ever heard of that could regularly catch coyotes in cage traps.  I haven't been to Predator Masters lately, but I bet there is a huge thread on there.  May he rest in peace, and if there is a Happy Hunting Ground, I bet he is there, and is using "real" traps again. 
Work to live, don't live to work.
