I saw 3 bucks today....all still with headgear.  The don't usually drop them here till mid march.
We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.

Saw 6 today that had shed.  Horrible day to be in the woods today.  Man it was wet and miserable.

Went into an area that i've hunted in the past and never shed hunted. Guess I should start. 3 of these are last years and the little guy is fresh. The pup found the spike. I couldn't have been prouder seeing her come wagging up to me with that little spike in her mouth.

Nice work 7mm!  I went out the day before yesterday for a few hours but struck out.  I don't think they have dropped yet here.  Took my pup out too (1 year old yellow lab).  I don't know if he'll find sheds, but I'm gonna give him a try... :dunno:

do the pics have to be ATL's? got 17 so far but haven't been taking ATL's.

should be able to have quite a few more within a week or two. Elk sheds is where I'll be lacking this year.

Hey blue I don't think they have to be ATL's, they're just cool sometimes. Put them all in a pile and shoot a pic I think that works. Plus, big piles of bone are cooooooool  ;)

Bone Yeah I would call them mulies, but there are typically a lot of benchlegs in this area as well. I'd hate to start a heated discussion as to what they are. God knows there are a few guys on here that would get bent out of shape over it

Got 7 this weekend in Ferry County.  Man, it was sloppy!  2 mulie (one of which I have already made into candle holder for the wife) and 5 whities including both sides of the buck that I posted pics of that was eating our horse hay up in the hills.  Also found a cougar/wolf kill of a a buck (I think) that I have been after for several years.  I'll post some pics later today of the antlers and skull.
