Just startin this year to put in for points... Figured by next year when I graduate I can have 1-2 points saved up in case I get a permanent job in WY.Michael

Or am I way off base?MichaelNo, 20% of the permits are set aside for special licenses - no difference except that you pay about $200 more. You are essentially paying for better draw odds.
