Stumbled across this website, quite interesting, looks to have been up and running for a few years.  They actually have a 'blog' section with updates on the 3911 and 3912 units and where the elk are, not sure I agree with that, but doesn't mean it will grant success to everyone I guess.  Is this state really just trying to decrease these elk herds?
