Heres a few muzzleload kills that my buddies have got. The first one was shot last year and I got it all on film. The second one was killed last year in the late whitetail hunt, and the third one was killed this year in the early season.

The first buck was a fun hunt. I spotted it in the morning and watched it bed down for the day. I then pointed it out to Michael, since I wasn't hunting. I put the camera on the tripod and filmed as he snuck to within 30 yards of the buck before the buck finally stood up. Sometimes you gotta love a strong wind. The buck didn't even know what hit him.

You should spot a buck and film it for me. If we draw Idaho ever, you are gonna have to do that.

Sounds good, but I am gonna shoot the first big one that I spot  :P. But if its like this year then that should only take a few hours before I tag out. Hopefully next year I will have more control on my itchy trigger finger.

I posted these weeks ago in the general hunting thread.  But here is our early season black powder bulls out of Ryderwood.

My dad's dandy late season 5x5 in the Coweeman.

2008 Westside early season.  After word got around that I got this guy I was emailed the trail camera picture.  A couple guys tried to get him last year, and a bow hunter missed at 50 yards this year, then he didn't make it to rifle season for the guy who took the trailcam pic.
