Get a silencer for your pistol and check out riverfront park in spokane right by the carousel.

I usually wait until after the little ones are out and about that way, most likely, there will be more shooting for future generations.

There used to be some good shooting out buy Palmer lake near Loomis but it's all bought up and posted now.

great offer shaneman153D, yeah the only ones that are off limits that i know of are the marots but who knows the yellow bellys are the only ones i see

I didn't mean they're legally off limits, but the guys here don't like to shoot them until after they've given birth. 

The babies make for better bragging rights when you hit them at 300yds

I see alot of them around the Spokane area but they are never in any areas you can shoot them is the problem.  Same with sage rats.  They are never in the places you can whack the little buggers.

You havn't been out much. There are places around Spokane that you can shoot em.

Yes bobcat I believe that is one of them.  When I talked to F&G about it a while back it seamed like there were 2 or 3 you couldn't shoot and only 1 you could.  I believe Yellow Belly was the one you could.  Don't quote me on that.
