Good RMEF Banquet for Archery Hunters?
« on: March 15, 2010, 02:38:56 PM »
Hey all,

I attended two banquets this year, one in Snoqualmie and the other in Everett. The one in Sno. at least had some archery equipment there but the Everett one didn't have anything for archery hunters  :'(. Everett was nice but I probably will not go back because of that :(

Has anyone attended a banquet where there is a lot (or decent amount) of archery equipment there?
I would love to attend one of these events that recognize archery hunters!!!

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Regards,
Fulla

I can't tell you what the one in Kitsap has.  They always seem to plan it for the 1st week of Dec.  Right in the middle of Late archery / Muzzleloader season. :bdid:  So they have yet to get any of my money. Someday they will figure out why attendance is down. :bash:

Hey there WonkyRaider ;)

This was a little different banquet, I never saw the Kimber rifle at all. The kimber pistol was part of what they called a quick raffle, kind on like the card raffle in Sno. The only rifle in the live auction was the John Wayne rifle. The knife set that I got in Sno. was part of the live auction in Everett and it went for $450 so I got a good deal ;)

It was run well and everyone seemed to have a good time but without any archery products, I don't think I'll be back to that one.
