Maine Moose question
« on: March 15, 2010, 02:43:13 PM »
I think I saw a few people mention they apply for moose in the New England states- just had a quick question.  I was just wondering if any of you know off the top of your head if Maine has a moose points-only option or if it's like MT where you actually have to apply in order to build points.  Thinking of broadening my opportunities for down the road and in going through the application process, I didn't see the option (nor anywhere else on the site).  Thanks.

Its must apply I believe, and you CAN'T miss a year. You do have the option to buy more chances as well.

I was up to 12 points.  Then I moved.  They send the reminders out 3rd class post cards which are NOT forwarded.  I lost all my points.    :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
