3 Bear today
« on: March 20, 2010, 04:21:41 PM »
I was out and about today and had the fortune to see three bears. The first was a large boar approx. 400 lber. Came up out of a swamp shook water all over the road and then crossed in to the xxxxxxx side of the road. The second & third were a sow & crossing at the XX corners. sow was approx. 275 lber and of course the cub small.

I had it put away because I was on my way home, I should have known better. At best all I could have gotten was the water the big bear slung all over the oncoming lane of Hwy 101. Neither siting offered much of a photo op. I did get pictures of 3 big Rosies bedded in the park this morning.

Sometimes you can't get a picture if your life counted on it. For some reason I see more bear crossing roads in front of me and just can't stop in time to get them to pose for me. On the other hand, if I had gotten pictures, you would know where they are.. :chuckle: :chuckle:

And yes, with no pictures, they did not exist. I want you to believe that... just like I believe in a conservative democrat.....

A "bacon shirt" might help.  When you see a bear, yank it out from behind your seat, throw it on, and run upwind... :chuckle: :chuckle:
I'll bet you get some GREAT Pics then...
