I thought so, I remember I did. I wonder if Combo tags Elk, Deer, Bear, Cougar that will come with Free Small Game or Have to buy seperate Combo and buy small Lic seperated? I wonder...

Used to get one free turkey tag with small game lic. but they decided they were losing $16.00 on that first tag.
If it aint broke, dont fix it.

If you buy a big game package suck as deer and elk the small game licenses is $19.50, however I couldn't get it to work online when I attempting to buy. I end up just buying the small game and turkey tag...

When you buy your big game later you will get the the discount then for your small game.
