I have heard about it.  I think you have to send them all the stats on your gun (ballistics co-efficient, muzzle velocity, bullet grain, etc...), and they build turrets for you.  Dont know the cost, but I have heard a couple of people talking about it.  It's Leupold though.  It's gotta be good... :dunno:
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I sent my VX-3 to them and had them put turret dials for windage and elevation. It is set for the bullet I shoot, Winchester XP3's 160 grain. I use this gun for elk, deer, and bear. I can shoot 500 no problem, haven't really tried reaching much further. I am very happy with  the Leupold custom shop. Check out my video in the bear forum Titled "My 2009 Bear(with footage)".  Pretty accurate!!!

Pathfinder's rite, gotta tell them the ballistics of the bullet you shoot and what caliber. They also want the average elevation and average temp. Cost about $150 for elevation and $150 for windage if I can remember.

$140 I just emailed them last week and that's what they told me.  The ballistics data they want is accurate which is only smart.

I've used them several times, always first class service and very quick.  They've been excellent at answering questions and making suggestions.  Great company.

Great to deal with and fast. Give them a call : 1-800-LEUPOLD (538-7653).
