2010 Eastside Rendezvous--Catfish and Smallies--June 4th-6th

the trip was awesome..Between all the people that went,there was over a hundred catfish caught..most by two guys not on the site..We had a pot luck that rocked,buckhorn2 brought moose steak and his friend bob cooked them man they were awesome.  Jimkd8 brought elk backstraps,qwackwhacker made salad and chili,and his beautiful wife made moose turds for dessert..I fried up a mess of catfish..what a feed bag we had....People that attended were,rasbo buckhorn2 and bob,qwackwhaker and his dad,hes a really great guy.Jeffvegas and father,Jeffs dad is quite the gentleman.1rod,bearmanrick,Jimkd8,Geno and his lady that will not eat wild game till yesterday she liked it..will put picks up later...Bearmanrick called in a stealthy predator,which came in underneath a truck and grabbed him...it was the sneaky jimkd8 which grabbed him...underwear change followed..A huge thank you goes out to buckhorn2 for taking me in his boat everyday..He is a very good man and has a huge heart...

Sounds like good times had by all     graduation obligations prevented me from attending, always next year I hope.    cant wait to see the pics !!

It was a great trip we had good weather bad weather good fishing and bad fishing but the camping and members and there friends made it awesome.

Dang, I had to abort at the last minute, had an issue with the dogs.    All is well now but I'm pissed I wasn't able to get down there.  Sounds like it was a success.  Looking forward to more pics and stories.  I was really looking forward to meeting you guys.  Next time.

We had an awesome barbeque. Moose steak;catfish; macaroni salads;home made chili and cornbread and maybe a beer. Lots of stories and calling and just old fashion fun with good people.

My dad and I had a great time.  Fishing was good and the weather wasn't bad.  It was awesome to meet some other members.  The potluck was a good time and the food was great.  Already planning for next year.

    I don't know why I can't seem to make this event.  Truck broke down Thursday and had to be towed.  So I broke down and bought the wife a new Jeep at Dave Smith's, but it ran into Sat evening late and we didn't get home until nearly 10 pm.  I was thinking about running on down but was just too tired.  I'm so glad you guys had another good trip, thanks for sharing the photos!!!
